It should be easy to tell a kid from a spreadsheet.

Before "Big Data" teachers understood that they were working with children. 

Thoughts without order-

• If schools are following a business model, don't businesses serve clients?
• In most school district's center offices the client is whoever is one or more steps above you in the organizational structure.
• When do children get to be the clients?

May 29 - A Few More Days and I'll be someone you used to work with

A few more days

Soon I'll be someone you used to work with.

I'll go from being someone you know to being someone you used to know.

Maybe you'll see me around.

Maybe you won't.

After a while if you do see me around, you might not remember my name.

Or better yet, you'll think I'm someone else entirely than who I was.

I promise to forget you.

If you promise to forget me.

It is my goal to be someone who made a difference but doesn't anymore.

I'm going away to spend time.

I've been saving time up, you know.

And now I want to spend some.
